Accent Inns is proud to partner and support the BC Cancer Foundation and Victoria Salmon Kings "Pink in the Rink" fundraiser.

Join us at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Center for a night dedicated to raising money for cancer research. January 16th, 2010. During this event together we intend to educate the Capital Region on the BC Cancer Foundation’s role in our communities and encourage fans to support this charitable organization through the variety of initiatives developed.

The Salmon Kings have a special advanced ticket price of $16.00 with $5.00 from each ticket going to the BC Cancer Foundation. Every ticket purchased for Pink in the Rink will be entered into a draw, held on the night of the event were one lucky fan will win tickets and accommodations at Accent Inns for a world class sporting event in Vancouver.

On game night the first 2,000 fans that make a suggested $5 donation to the BC Cancer Foundation will receive a limited edition Toque and wallet card; 1,250 pink toques and 750 grey toques on hand.

The Salmon Kings players will dawn special pink warm up jerseys for this year’s Pink in the Rink. KOOL FM will kick off the fundraising with an auction for the pink sweaters on January 14th at the Hillside Centre. Each jersey will be awarded to its winner at the game on January 16th; all proceeds from the auction will go to the BC Cancer Foundation.
